Something I get asked a lot…..”how do you get your protein in a day”.

I prefer to eat my food and not drink it away in a protein shake!

The key is to have plenty of protein of around 30g at each meal, plus snacks. 

As you can see, there is nothing complicated about the foods here and it really is that simple.

This food is all food that I love, so I am not deviating from what I would normally eat. 

And a bonus is, they are enjoyed by the whole family, so I am not making a meal for me and a meal for them…..the problem…..is that they like it and there are never any leftovers!! 🤔
