who have each walked their own path of transformation both mentally and physically.
Through our personal journeys of self-discovery, we learned how powerful it can be
to feel supported, understood, and empowered.

Together, we built Renova to help you find the strength to rediscover your confidence,
strength and self love. Here, you’re never alone—we’re committed to guiding you with
compassion, encouragement, and a community, so that you’re never alone.

Meet the superstars…

Abi Bence

Hi, I’m Abi Bence — a personal trainer and CrossFit coach with over 12 years’ experience helping people build strength, confidence, and a genuine love for movement. I’m also a proud mum of two, balancing family life with my passion for weightlifting, fitness, and the outdoors. At 44, I’ve been on my own transformational journey too, having lost 4 stone
— an experience that shapes how I coach and fuels my commitment to supporting others, wherever they’re starting from.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me skiing, playing netball, or cheering (very competitively!) from the sidelines at my kids’ sports matches. I’m driven, down-to-earth, and full of energy, and I bring both expertise and genuine care to everyone I work with.

Jullianna Parker

Hi, I’m a personal trainer with over 11 years’ experience in the fitness industry, including time spent in a large corporate gym and the past eight years working independently. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from those just starting out to people on major weight-loss journeys. At 47, I’ve been happily married for 20 years and am a proud mum to two energetic daughters. My approach is built around sustainable habits, balanced nutrition, and helping people feel better in both their bodies and their lives.

I’m down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on building a healthy relationship with food and exercise. By educating and empowering my clients, I help them make confident, informed choices that fit their lifestyle and goals, celebrate progress along the way, and build habits that last.
